Andre Lajeunesse, our Managing Director, draws from decades in Asian banking and trading, using financial discipline to build high-performance sports programs. At TGG, the belief is that qualities like teamwork, persistence, and ambition drive both financial and athletic success.

LIT Sports began by supporting “Good Game,” a film celebrating perseverance and the competitive spirit Hong Kong is famous for. We then moved into pickleball, acquiring the city’s longest-running club and building its first professional team to compete globally and raise Hong Kong’s profile in the sport.

Pickleball is booming — with millions of players worldwide and rapid growth in Asia. Its social, inclusive nature makes it perfect for Hong Kong’s vibrant, urban culture and TGG’s focus on health and longevity.

Our vision draws from Hong Kong’s experience in rugby and fencing, where dedicated investment led to international achievements and strong local engagement. As Hong Kong narrows the gap with Singapore in sports investment and participation, TGG aims to help double the city’s sports-related GDP share within a decade.

Through LIT, we plan to launch a Pickleball Performance Academy, host tournaments, and grow the local player base, boosting Hong Kong’s sports economy for years to come.
