TGG Group
Background
TGG Group is a Hong Kong-based single family office, guided by the vision of celebrating The Greatest Good for all.
Whilst we no longer manage money for external investors, our core team previously managed significant pools of capital across Sovereign Wealth Funds, Pension Funds, Insurance Companies, and other global Family Offices. Our journey has been defined by successfully navigating the complexities of global markets across diverse asset classes.
TGG invests at the intersection of transformative technology and elevated human experience — The Greatest Good.
With an institutional foundation, we remain humble and nimble as entrepreneurs to generate value in all we do.
The LIT Brand
LIT is the unifying brand under which TGG nurtures and operates many of our strategic holdings. The name reflects our intent: to spark, illuminate, and bring energy to the businesses and communities we touch.
Today the LIT family spans wellness (LIT Longevity), sport (LIT Sports Global, LIT TLP), media and entertainment (LIT Media Group, LIT Creative Moments), and design-led lifestyle (Lit by Larry). Each LIT venture shares a common discipline — institutional thinking, hands-on operational support, and an emphasis on long-term cultural impact — while expressing it in the language of its own industry.
By grouping these businesses under one brand, we share talent, infrastructure, and audiences across them, helping each venture move faster and reach further than it could alone.

Stewardship
Beyond our investment portfolio, TGG is committed to environmental and social stewardship. Our flagship philanthropic partnership is with Ocean Vines — a Hong Kong-based NGO transforming the yachting industry into a force for good.
Ocean Vines is an NGO dedicated to saving lives and oceans through fun and sustainability. The organisation works to transform yachting in Hong Kong into a model of responsible, sustainable practice — protecting marine biodiversity and training the next generation of ocean stewards.

Why It Matters
Hong Kong's iconic coastline supports extensive marine biodiversity, but the city's waters face mounting pressure from rapid urbanisation, pollution, and habitat destruction.
- 15,000+ tonnes of plastic waste enter Hong Kong's marine environment every year
- 20% of local coral reef ecosystems remain in a healthy state
Ocean Vines exists to address this gap — turning the yachting community into ambassadors and operators of conservation rather than passive observers.
What Ocean Vines Does
Ocean Vines pursues its mission through four interconnected programmes — each one designed to protect marine ecosystems while building the human capital needed to sustain that protection over decades.
Blue Carbon Offsets
Expanding marine and coastal carbon offset projects that restore mangroves, seagrass, and reef habitats while sequestering atmospheric carbon.
Crew Sustainability Training
Scholarships and training pathways helping aspiring yacht crew become certified ocean ambassadors equipped to operate vessels responsibly.
Policy Advocacy
Lobbying for responsible yachting standards at local, national, and international levels — working with regulators and industry bodies to lift the bar.
Education & Outreach
Beach cleanups, school programmes, and community events that connect Hong Kong's residents to the oceans on their doorstep.
TGG's Role
Ocean Vines is TGG Group's primary philanthropic partner. We support the organisation through:
- Strategic funding for blue carbon and training initiatives
- Operational support — events, logistics, and venue partnerships through our portfolio businesses (notably Asia Pacific Boating)
- Network access to regulators, sponsors, and industry partners across Asia-Pacific
- Co-organising community cleanups and educational programmes alongside Ocean Vines volunteers
For us, stewardship sits alongside the portfolio — not as a marketing line but as a structural commitment. The same long-horizon thinking we bring to investing applies here: build with conviction, measure impact, and stay the course.
